ipdeny2db — Creates a dwmrdapd database from ipdeny.com zone files

ipdeny2db -d ipdeny_directory -o output_file

ipdeny2db creates a dwmrdapd(8) database file from ipdeny.com zone files. It may be used to bootstrap dwmrdapd(8).

The following command line arguments are required:

ipdeny_directory
The directory containing ipdeny.com zone files.
output_file
The file where the dwmrdapd(8) database file will be saved.

ipdeny2db(1) produces a binary database file for dwmrdapd(8). The produced file may be copied to the location of the Database for dwmrdapd(8) when dwmrdapd(8) is not running. See dwmrdapd.conf(5) for the configuration of the location of the database for dwmrdapd(8).
