NAME

geolite2db — Creates a dwmrdapd database from GeoLite2 country CSV files

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

geolite2db creates a dwmrdapd(8) database from GeoLite2 country CSV files. It may be used to bootstrap dwmrdapd(8).

The following command line arguments are required:

-d geolite2_directory

The directory containing Geolite2 country CSV files.

-o output_file

The file where the dwmrdapd(8) database file will be saved.

geolite2db(1) produces a binary database file for dwmrdapd(8). The produced file may be copied to the location of the Database for dwmrdapd(8) when dwmrdapd(8) is not running. See dwmrdapd.conf(5) for the configuration of the location of the database for dwmrdapd(8).
